DANIEL’S CAR RENTALS is a car rental agency in San Gwann, boasting a varied fleet of cars. Previously, the owner handled all the bookings himself by phone, using pen and paper to write the different bookings. As the number of orders increased and the fleet of cars was expanded, the need for a computerized system to handle this was required.
Solution
At Neural Solutions, our job was to digitalise this process. A website was developed, from which a user can make a booking by selecting the pickup and drop-off locations, the car and entering any other details required. The website is supported by a back-end system that calculates pricing and keeps record of the cars which are not available to ensure no overbookings.
